We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund less shipping within 30 days of delivery. Send us an email to and we will do our best to take care of you. That is Guaranteed!


Shipments are made via the United States Postal Service. Free shipping to you is via USPS Standard Delivery. After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.


Free Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1 to 5 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out.


The L.A. Glow ships to contiguous U.S. and Canada consumers only, at this time. We do not ship to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories or to international addresses, except Canada. If we do not currently ship to your country, we apologize and hope to serve you in the future.


When you return your purchase to the product must at least be half full and within 30 days of purchase date to receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 14 days for the credit process. Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.


Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible for missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order. We require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
