Shipments are made via the United States Postal Service. After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.

If you have any questions regarding an item please e-mail info@thelaglow.com. The L.A. Glow has the right to cancel orders due to site error or other issues with order processing.

Once an item has been shipped, The L.A. Glow is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. The L.A. Glow uses USPS First Class Priority Mail.

 

The L.A. Glow ships to contiguous U.S. consumers only, at this time. If we do not currently ship to your country, we apologize and hope to serve you in the future.
